GOLF CLUB

As a publicly held company, the "Mangais Eco-turismo S.A.R.L." is owned by its Angolan and Portuguese subsidiaries. These companies are in charge of the construction of all items related to this large project. The construction of an 18-hole Golf Course will be the first item of this project.

This Golf Course, designed by Jorge Santana da Silva (Portuguese Golf Architect, very well known by several projects built in many other countries) can be one of the top international courses of the world.

The other phase of this project, which constitute the second most value, is the construction of typical houses along the golf course. These will offer privileged conditions of comfort. They will be used according to the contracts made with the shareholder companies or private customers. From rental to residential housing, it will be possible to set a right offer to the wishes of all our participated companies or simple members.

This joint ownership with only special conditions of comfort is about a macro, where the basic tonic will be the maximizes of the use of offers natural, proportionate for the localization of the farm, nominated through  of occupational activities for free times create  by the company, privileging the concern to integrate how much possible all and whatever, the use of natural materials, the optimisation  of artisan techniques, the concern of colours and resource to the use of substances national raw material.

SPECIAL MODEL OF ECO-TOURISM

The project is a special model of Eco-Tourism.
In the beginning, it will serve the local public with a goal of making a  “club like” environment where people go regularly, affording pleasant and different ways of spending time in the natural environment with high quality accommodations. It is located only about 30 minutes from Luanda, very close of the beach and the Natural Park of Quiçama. The people, who are enrolled in this club, will have free access to the property and activities.

It is our intention to create several contracts, which allows everyone to use all the existing facilities in the Mangrove Farm (Mangais Eco-turismo, S.A.R.L.).

OBJECTIVES AND RATIONAL OF THE PROJECT

1. Creating an area with level laser that offers a variety of services and high quality infra-structure;

2. Developing ecologically sound sustainable use of the local potential for eco-tourism, combined with protection of the environment and biological diversity;

3. Promote the development of high quality eco-tourism in Angola, implementing a pilot project of specialized eco-tourism;

4. To improve the economic and social situation of the resident communities around the project area;

5. Finalizing a first phase of the project with self-sustaining resources (already in process) and on the second phase relying on collaboration and participation of the private sector (in dividends and companies interested in participating in the implementation of the project or in purchasing properties with the project;  

6. At a later stage, to use the project as training centre for environmentalists in Angola.
