FORMS OF PARTICIPATION

OF THE PRIVATE SECTOR IN THE PROJECT

The  Management of the Company Mangais Eco-Turismo S.A.R.L. is available to dialogue on the eventual partnerships, and all projects, with all interested the singular and collective people in it participating.

The company intends to establish partnerships with investors interested in financing and or participating in construction of some infrastructures as well as in the commercial scanning of the jobs offering (below described), in terms that will be negotiated and waked up on the basis of contracts to celebrate for the effect.  

·       RESIDENCE COMPLEX

We intent to construct in the project site a complex of luxury houses, of about 500 m², intergraded in the natural landscape.

Since the area of the Mangrove Farm is ecologically sensitive (despite the large size of the area) only a limited number of houses will be constructed, to avoid demographic and urbanic pressure on the natural habitat.

These houses will be constructed on the basis of: contracts to be signed in advance, between the Mangrove Farm (Mangais Eco-turismo, S.A.R.L.) and the individuals, companies or institutions who are interested in purchasing one or more of the houses.

The housing project, as well as the contract conditions, prices and payment conditions, will be presented to interested parties.

For the implementation of the housing project, the area designated for the construction of houses will be around 2000m2 for each property and each property owner will have rights over the purchased property according to the respective contract and the Angolan law.

The property owners will have free access to the Golf course, regulated in accordance with future rules, as well as preferential access to all of the facilities and infra structure offered by the project.

·        GOLF CLUB

The company project includes an 18 hole golf course, Club House, Driving Range and Putting Green.

The “Mangais Golf Club” is an institution formed by members, as individuals or companies that previously joined this club. The members have the right to use this golf course according to the rules of this club and paying an annual fee.

To be a member of this club is already an individual contribution to the development of this project.

·        SLOT OF AVIATION

- The slot will have 5,905 feet (1,800 meters) of lenght and 115 feet (35 meters) of width, allowing the landing and taking off of airplanes of small average and transport.

- Club is in course the aeronautical constitution of one.
